Hey people,
Haven't posted anything in a while, so here's some paintings that I've been working on recently. This was a fun assignment between me and my mate. We wanted to work on our own pieces individually and then have a session, where we criticize our work and see how we can improve. I have definitely learned a lot and managed to introduce a new workflow, that I think I will use in many paintings to come.

Been working on this piece on and off. I've put it to the side for a bit as I lost my interest in it. I have finally decided to come back to it and finish it.

I've been listening to the Witcher soundtrack too much recently, and decided to make the character look like Geralt. Although, as far as I am aware, there are no giant snakes in the Witcher lore I decided to put one in. Hope you guys enjoy the piece. :)

After watching Stranger Things I decided to come up with something heavily inspired by Eleven,
Decided to give it a little Halloween vibe since it's just around the corner.
Definitely enjoyed working on that piece and I have learned couple of new things along the way.

Vision concept. Love this guy too much! Trying to be more consistent with my art lately. Haven't done much of a digital work in the past two months. Anyways, enjoy this one! :)

Deep Sea Diver - When Atlas Falters

Here's some work that I did both as an exercises and as an idea exploration. Nothing in specific, I just wanted to explore an idea of how one of our game characters would look if he took of the helmet. 

Beholder

So I've decided to finish a drawing that I've done a years ago. I've found it recently in the depths of my hard drive and I thought it was a great opportunity for me to revisit some of my old drawings and work on them in a bit more detail.
I have really enjoyed working on this piece as I've used a totally different process from what i usually do. Also, I wanted to implement all the things that I have learned from the last time I have drawn the original sketch.

I am also attaching some of the process pictures that I managed to snap throughout the process of making this piece. 

The incorporation of 3D packages into my 2D workflow was always that I worked towards. Quite frankly I don't have much patience for 3D programs, but I'm damn happy of what I've managed to learn so far.

Late night painting. There is something about military jets that always fascinated me. I love painting this type of scenes, plus it is something a lot different from what I am used to.

Some of the studies that I've been working on recently. Decided to choose something that I would enjoy painting, and what better thing would it be than some WoW cinematic screenshots? Really enjoyed working on these.

Did this painting as a birthday gift for my wonderful girlfriend. She's a big fan of How to Train a Dragon, so I decided to paint a little dragon that would really fit to her.

Below is some of the process pics that I've managed to save throughout the painting process. Nothing new. A sketch, with color wash on top of it and then lots and lots of detail grinding.

Here's Ewok and guess what? He's a Jedi Master. Little personal painting. Really enjoyed working on this one, plus it's been so long since I've done anything Star Wars related.

Crusader. Still continuing with this daily painting series. I would really like to take this one further and maybe come up with few designs that I'd like to see in the next Dark Souls game. A bit of fan art stuff.

Faceless Wanderer. Daily doodle. Really enjoyed working on this one. Heavily inspired by Souls series.

New piece that I just finished. This is Captain Schnitzel.

Movie study. Alice in Wonderland. Awesome movie. Go and watch it if you haven't yet. :)
